1) The Barmen is an artist and the mixing of drinks an art that is nourished by spirit, flavor, aroma and color.
2) The mission of the barman is to cheer up, not to intoxicate.
3) Make of a client a friend and not of the friend a client.
4) Never offer a drink without a smile.
5) Say what is necessary, don't listen to what doesn't concern you and forget the friendly secrets.
6) Be the most neat, the most elegant, the most friendly, the most refined at every moment and place.
7) Don't cheat with your drinks nor gamble with the confidence of your friends: always serve them the best.
8) Be patient with your helpers in the bar and teach the profession with love. Don't deceive them.
9) Keep Kindled your profession solidarity and don't let anyone break it.
10) Be proud of being a Barman, but deserve it.
