Visiting a Cantina (Wine cellar) in Montepulciano

From Small Barrels with wax on the cork.....on the Highest level of the cellar.
Here the temperature was Cold as we went down...

opening on top of the Barrels, to let the CO2 scape.

This level of cellar was cold ond old.
