Grappa Destillery in Mendoza./ Moonshiners??


Here is Bartender Authority with this beautifull Alambique (Made in Portugal), and 2 barrels of Grappa from Mendoza.
Here I am next to the Alambique (wich is missing some parts as the Swan neck, etc) all made of cooper.

Termine la primer parte de este Curso Completo, habiendo aprobado los 4 examenes principales, ahora solo queda, el examen final y en Vivo el 9 de Diciembre en el Hilton Las Vegas.!!!

Este ha sido un curso muy completo en teoria y en practica, solo me resta seguir repasando y testeando licores y aguardientes.

I just done with the four first tests, wich I passed with 80 % rated. I only had to do the live and Final test on december 9 th at The Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas.

This was a reallycomplete course, and I have to keep studying and tasting Liquors to be ready!!

On top are the Stainless steel tanks, on the bottom are the oak barrels for aging...

The Rose's plants are "Alert", if Philloxera attacks it will kill the Rose plants first.....

Our guide said that one of the Field director decide to keep the vines short......(the way he likes it).
